Try traditional Highland Dancing - it’s for both boys
and girls. Originating in the Highlands of Scotland this dance style was created to keep warriors
fit and agile. It’s now performed worldwide in competitive championships and live shows.
In this unique course, you will learn the basic techniques, gain fitness and make new friends!
• Introduction of basic hand and foot positions.
• Learn composition of traditional highland dance steps to Scottish music.
• Educate and empower dancers on healthy
lifestyle choices; inclusive of injury prevention with warm-up and cool-down techniques
