AIMEE SEEBECK HALL UPGRADES

Great news!!

Knox Council has confirmed the building upgrade works have been approved and are scheduled to start Monday, September 3rd.

The works will be done in two stages to minimise disruption allowing the internal part of the Hall and the kitchen to be accessed at all times.

Stage 1 of the works will be the building of the extension at the rear of the Hall and construction of the new toilets.  Hall users will be able to access the Hall through the front door as usual.

Hall users will not be able to access the external fenced in yard area during this stage of the works.  Estimated stage 1 works will take approximately 10 weeks.

During Stage 1 works the builders will place a plastic barrier across the internal doorway to prevent access to the construction zone and minimise dust/dirt getting into the Hall.

Stage 2 works will take approximately 4 weeks.
