Our Vacation Care Program provides care for children who currently attend primary school.
We run a variety of centre-based activities such as arts, crafts, sports and games, as well as excursions to a range of venues in and around Melbourne.
Children are fully supervised by program staff that has formal qualifications in teaching/childcare, first aid training or are experienced in Vacation Care Programs.
We are a registered Child Care Service and you may be eligible to receive the Child Care Subsidy if you are registered with the FAO. Specific activity and excursion fees may apply.
Program Hours: 7.30am - 6.00pm during the school holidays (excluding public holidays).

General Child Care Subsidy Information
Once a child is enrolled into Vacation Care, families will be issued a statement. This statement is an estimated cost of care in regards to payments CCS will provide. The estimates will appear in bold and underlined on the first statement. After the program, you will be issued a second statement to confirm your payment and to notify you of the actual amount CCS has covered. Confirmed CCS payments will not appear bold or underlined. Please note: in some cases, CCS will cover less than the originally quoted amount and therefore, any outstanding balances after the program must be paid.
CCS & Absences
If your child is absent or a booking is cancelled, either on the first day or last day of booked care, CCS will not apply and the full day fee will be charged. Further information may be obtained from the FAO or see our Fees & Payment Information document for further details.
